Impact Stories
Lead Cinematographer
I’m Jesse Ovalles, a strategic videographer and storyteller based in Westchester, NY. With a background in both cinematography and marketing, I help brands bring their stories to life through purpose-driven video content.
My journey began at Syracuse University, where I earned a BFA in Video Production, later deepened by an MBA in Marketing from Mercy College. That creative-meets-strategy foundation shaped how I approach every project, with an eye for both story and results.
Over the years, I’ve worked with NYC ad agencies like McCann Erickson, contributing to national campaigns for brands like Mastercard, and served as a cinematographer and editor for clients like Showtime. In 2019, I launched Jesse O. Visuals, the precursor to Impact Stories to help mission-driven businesses, nonprofits, and marketers create authentic video content that actually connects—not just performs.
